Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Total Delivery Time: Please note that the total time to receive your order is the processing time + shipping time. For most orders, this will be between 7-10 business days.
- Potential Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, please be aware that shipping carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Shipping Locations
- Domestic (U.S.): We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to in the future!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return Policy for instructions on how to receive a replacement. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at admin@snakecharmerskin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
