At Snake Charmer, we take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy varies by product type, so please read the details below.
Tattoo Balm & Skincare Products
Due to the fresh, organic nature of our tattoo balm and skincare products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
  • What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us at admin@snakecharmerskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Books
  • Purchased from our website: All book sales on SnakeCharmerSkin.com are final and cannot be returned.
  • Purchased on Amazon: If you bought our book through Amazon, your purchase is subject to Amazon's return policy. Typically, Amazon allows returns within 30 days of delivery for books in their original, unused condition. Please refer to your Amazon account for specific return instructions.
Merchandise (Shirts, Hats, etc.)
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • How to Start a Return:
    1. Email us at admin@snakecharmerskin.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
    2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
    3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (for eligible merchandise returns)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, which can typically take 5-10 business days.
